After I enroll, how do I access my courses?
Immediately after your purchase access you will have full access to the content on a Thank You page after enrollment.
Alternately, you can access your courses on your dashboard immediately after you sign into our site on any phone, computer or our TLL: When You Pass app. The courses you have purchased will appear at the top of the course list. By clicking on a course card you will be directed to its contents.

Can I switch between annual and monthly plans at any time?
Unfortunately no. If you sign up for our monthly subscription and decide in a few months you want to change to our one-time annual payment, you would have to cancel your monthly subscription in your account, then enroll in our annual option.
We often have discount codes, so reach out to save some money. The same applies for the purchasing the one time annual option as well.

Do you offer a free trial for your pricing plans?
Sorry....We do not offer trials. You can see example videos on our individual course description pages. Our content and strategy approach is extremely valuable. Please see our tons of Google & Facebook Reviews.

Do I have to be online at a specific time to take a course?
No, you can take your course whenever you want. The course remains online around the clock. All you need is internet access and a fairly modern browser. It is at your own pace. We always suggest 3-4 weeks.
Can I get a refund for my subscription purchase if I do not want it anymore?
Since our courses are digital and not physical items, unfortunately there are NO refunds.
This is also stated on the terms & conditions you agree to upon enrolling. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis, based on the situation. For example: If you accidentally enroll in the wrong course, we can swap it for you.

I was given a discount coupon to this school. How can I use it to buy a course with discount?
Buying a course with a discount coupon is not much different from our normal checkout process.
1) Go to the course page for which you have a coupon and click Enroll.
2) You will be automatically redirect to Enroll in Course page. Type your coupon code in the text box and click Redeem.
3) The discount will be automatically calculated in the final price.
4) You can now finalize the purchase process by clicking on the Buy button

How do I cancel my Monthly VIP subscription?
If you are signed up for any of our occurring monthly VIP subscription options [FTCE, TExES, MTTC, or Praxis] you must cancel BEFORE your billing date to stop your next monthly charge.
This is the same with any subscriptions you might have in life {ex: Netflix, gym memberships, etc].If you do not cancel BEFORE your billing date, there are no refunds.
Please pay attention to your sign up date. This is also listed in your account section of your course dashboard.
If you cancel BEFORE your billing date, you will still have access to your courses until your next bill date arrives.

Is Monthly VIP subscription billed automatically each month?
Yes, you do not need to do anything. Each day on your billing date, your credit card on file will be processed. No need to do anything, just like any monthly subscription.
If you need to cancel (or put it on hold), you do this in your account section of your dashboard [Go to the 'ME' tab, then drop down to the 'ACCOUNT' section].

How do I cancel my One Year Access subscription?
If you choose this option, you will NOT be billed again. After one year, all of your courses will drop out of your account. This is a one-time payment.
