How We Track Pass Rates at The Learning Liaisons

At The Learning Liaisons, we take pride in accurately tracking our pass rates to ensure we provide the best support to our customers.

Here's how it works:

Test Date Submission: When someone signs up for one of our courses, we ask them to provide their test date. If they don't know it right away, they can update it later. This test date helps us align our support with their preparation timeline.

Progress Tracking & Support: Once the test date is set, our system tracks the user's progress towards that goal. To help keep them on track, we send timely reminders and support messages via texts and emails leading up to their test date. We also reach out on test day and shortly afterward to check in.

Post-Test Survey: After the exam, users receive a quick survey via text or email.

The survey includes three options:
  • "I passed"
  • "I failed"
  • "I changed my date" (which allows them to update their test date if they rescheduled)

Comprehensive Course Completion: Our Learning Management System (LMS) tracks user engagement within the course. To officially "complete" a course and earn a certificate, users must:
  • Complete all assessments and activities
  • Use the provided flashcards
  • Watch 100% of the course videos

Pass Rate Calculation:
  • Our rolling pass rate includes only those who passed their test AND completed the course (i.e., met all the above requirements and earned their course certificate).
  • If someone did not pass but completed the course, we reach out for feedback to understand how we can further assist them.
  • If a user does not fully complete the course, they are not included in our pass/fail statistics. This ensures that our pass rates accurately reflect the success of users who fully engage with our resources.

Through this meticulous process, we maintain a clear and reliable measure of our program’s effectiveness while continuously supporting our users on their journey to certification.
